Cancellation Policy

We require 7 days notice to cancel reservations without penalty. After 7 days you are required to pay for the ENTIRE rental unless we can re-book the equipment.

We offer rain checks for lightning and high winds.
- A Visa or Mastercard number is required to reserve rental equipment.

- 5 day rentals must be back by 2:00 PM, Friday.

- Daily rentals must return a half hour before the office closes for the day. Daily Rentals run from
9am- 6pm, NOT 24 hours. Equipment kept over night will be charged as two daily rentals.

- Life preservers, whistle, bailer and throw line are included with each rental.

- Gas is not included and you will be charged for the amount used on return.

- Payment in full plus damage deposit is required before leaving.

- Any lost time due to early return or late departures are charged at the regular rate.
